What THERAPY with Stacy is like
Therapy that feels human, knowledgeable, and trauma-informed.
For when you’re tired of holding it all together and you need a safe space for support.
How I Hold Space
I’m not a blank slate therapist. I’m warm, real, and I bring my full self to each session. Sometimes we go deep. Sometimes we giggle. And sometimes I’ll gently drop a truth-bomb (or F-bomb) when appropriate.
I use a blend of somatic work, EMDR, parts work, CBT, and nervous system healing tools. I’m a relational therapist first which means I lead with curiosity and compassion, not judgment. The biggest predictor of meaningful therapy isn’t the technique; it’s the relationship we build together. Each and every session is unique. Sometimes it’s processing attachment wounds or sharing gossip and giggles about an ex-partner, and sometimes its deep trauma-healing work and lots of tears.
P.S. I’ll never ask, “how does that make you feel?” but I will ask “What do you notice in your body” or share a meme that reminded me of you in session.
