Hi! I’m Stacy

I’m here to WALK beside you while you CONNECT to your inner RESONANCE and REMEMBER who you are.

After years of sessions filled with worksheets, coping skills, and reframing thoughts, I started to notice something: my clients were stuck. They had insight. They understood their patterns, but not much was actually changing.

Honestly? I was bored, and frustrated. It felt like we were talking about healing instead of actually doing it.

The sessions that felt the most alive were the ones where I stopped over-structuring and started letting my words flow more intuitively. That’s where the real magic happened. Sometimes the words coming out of my mouth didn’t even feel like they were coming from me, more like they were moving through me.

That’s when I started to realize I might have deeper intuitive gifts… and I remembered that mystical, sensitive younger version of myself.

During COVID, I gave myself permission to get curious. I explored Reiki, Akashic Records readings, past-life meditations, yoga, and other spiritual practices. At the same time, I could see more clearly that there was a real gap between “just talking” and actually changing. So, I started leaning much more into nervous system regulation, somatic work, hypnosis, and EMDR.

That’s when everything clicked.

I realized that real healing happens when you bridge self-awareness, nervous system regulation, subconscious repatterning, and yes, sometimes a little spirituality, too. I genuinely love weaving the “woo” with the science.

Now, I absolutely love what I do. I still get chills when clients tell me about the shifts they’re experiencing and the moments where something finally lands, something finally loosens and finally changes. Being part of that is a gift I never take for granted. I am here to help you find that same click. If you are ready to start shifting your life, I am ready to walk that path with you. I can’t wait to see what shifts inside yourself too!

I still remember sitting in the back row of my high school psychology class when I was 15 and realizing, oh…

this could be a thing I do. Becoming a therapist just made sense.  It came naturally to me. And let’s be honest, I’ve always been a little bit nosey (I do love some drama, as long as I’m not the one in it.)

Back then, I pictured myself in very Elle Woods–style fashion: fancy suits, very professional, very put together, bubbly, stylish, and of course… smart.

But there was always another side of me, too. The creative, sensitive, mystical side. The part of me that wanted to be on  Broadway. The part that loved all things magical and mysterious: cue the Ouija boards and “light as a feather, stiff as a board” at sleepovers. Somewhere along the way, though, that whimsical, intuitive part of me got a little lost.

I became an overachiever. Choir. Drill team. School. I worked hard and stayed focused, determined to get my master’s degree in Family Sciences and become a marriage counselor. (Ha.)

I still remember my very first session and how excited I was, how meaningful it felt to finally   be doing the work I’d imagined for so long.   And while the clinical path gave me a strong foundation, it felt like I wasn’t truly Stacy.
